Where can I find a good quality fillable DS230 form.. I could not find it on immihelp.com

There are 3 versions of the same DS 230 form.

If you don't like any of those, I can't help you.

A guy known to me had consular interview
on 4th feb.at chennai.He presented downloaded
DS 230 Part 1& 2 .Some indian lady at counter
refused to accept it & insisted on the version of
latest OF 230 sent by consulate.
So watch out for this unexpected problem.

Downloaded DS230 and the blasted yellow form

Hi,

When Chennai sent the packet 4 to an US address, they do not send DS230 or the yellow IRS form at all. I have an email from them asking me to download it from their website (www.madras.sphynx.com). Only remember to print it on both sides on the short edge.

I also printed out IRS9003 form in a yellow paper. However it may not exactly match the real form in appearance. I hope that suffices.
