Can anybody pls tell me whether I need to fill up item 3 of ds230 part 1(name in native language, if roman letter not used).
Can I say n/a or leave it blank.

The instuctions are clear.
1) No column should be left blank.
2)For N/A dont use abbreviations& slash
but write in full not applicable
3)If you print, fill the column with your language
typewriter& fill your name in mothertongue.
It is unsafe to leave any column blank
