Hi All,
I just got my packet 3 from the NVC, and my lawyers say they need to send the packet 3 back to the NVC who will then forward it to the consulate. I thought once you got the packet 3, you could send it directly to the consulate (Mumbai). Is this some new procedure that has been put in place?
Does anyone know more details about this new procedure (if there is one)? or can you point me to links that give more detail on this.
