    NEW CP PROCEDURE-New info(For Bombay)!

    I got my packet 3 last week(Last week of Jan 02) and I want to add my wife also in my CP. My lawer informed me, according to new procedure of CP I have to send Marriage certificate and birth certificate of my wife to NVC and then they will create new packet 3 for me.

    Is this information correct?. Please let me know if any body faced this situation recently.
