I got married shortly before my interview day, but she is not an Indian, should I bring her to my interview and submit packet III for her to Indian consulate or she has to go back to her own country for CP? Can she apply for AOS in the US even I did CP in Indian?

You are the principal applicant so if your consulate wants to interview you together then you will be interviewed at your consulate.

If your wifes interview is sheduled after you then I think it can be done at a consulate in her home country. In fact I remember someone else in the same situation last year whose wife was interviwed in Sweeden after he was interviewed in India. Check through the Archives and see if you can find it.
