Name of spouse to be included in passport for CP...

hi guys,
My wife's passport is in her maiden name. We want it to remain that way. On immihelp, it is mentioned (supplement to form OF-169 for Chennai) that if wife's passport is not amended to reflect marriage, GC will be issued in her maiden name That is fine with us. Then should the wife's name be included in my (husband's) passport?

Advice is welcome. Thanks in advance.

My wife's name stayed same.
Her name is not mentioned in my passport (my name is not mentioned in her passport too). Just consistently fill all documents with the name she wants to use.

My wife's GC is with her name as we wanted it to be.

Not a legal advise but I don't think (not a good idea!) you can write your spouse name (or any other stuff except your address etc.) just like that in your passport.

If you have a legal registered marriage I don't imagine why it should be a problem in any ways..
