H1 stamp on passport for company that I never worked for

I am going for CP next month and I have H1 stamped (and my dependents H4) son my passport for company that I never worked for. Thus I do not have any experience letter from that company and I have not listed this company on my labor form as well as on DS230...Will this create a problem at the time of CP interview ?

As long as you were not out of status you are perfectly fine. Even if you were out-of-status for short period of time, there should not be a problem, but there is some cause for concern.

Note that I don't understand your exact situation which you did not describe.

Abu, here is my situation in detail

I went to India on vacation while I was working for company A. I was made an offer by company B before I left for India and the H1 for company B was approved before I left. When I left for India, my intention was to get B's visa stamped and work for B after returning to US. However, after returning, I never joined B...
and continued my employment with A (A's visa was always valid and is valid for another six months)


Is this is a cause for concern >
