My 140 approved on dec 7th for cp.
This morning I spoke to NVC and they are telling that they are going to send information package next week to my attorney which I have to send to St louis with applcation fees and then they will send it back to NVC.
NVC then review the file and send it to the consulate which is mumbai in my case.
My question is can anybody speculate how much time it will take to get interview.
I am really concern about this otherwise I will file AOS here as I am done with medical etc.
Earlier posting and ********* suggests that it takes normally 6-8 months to get GC done but with this new procedure we are in dark.
Can anybody suggests anything - experts.
