Our POE was chicago on 11/25/2001 & received plastic card on 12/17/2001. I think now a days they are issuing very fast. You should be getting it within 15 days or end of Jan 02.

My POE was at Chicago too. My date of entry was 1/1/02. Padma61, hope I get my cards like you got in a month.
