Do u get responses when you send email to mumbai consulate?

Hi

Please help.
If you have any questions you need to get answered from folks at mumbai consulate, do you send email to [email protected] ? I got this email address from mumbai consulate website, usembassy.state.gov/mumbai/wwwhcons.html
I had emailed them a question regarding PCC for my wife almost a month ago and I have not yet got a reply back from them.

- Do they ever respond?
- Is there any other email or is the above email a right one?

Please read my previous answer. They have responded to the email regarding PCC and all those details posted on this board and also in the CP section.
