CP Rejection Question?

Dear friends,

- I once worked off campus in summer during in my F1 years for 1 month (parttime). I didnt know and neither the local store guy ever told me.
Should I be worried? I have mentioned all my oncampus, PT, H1 jobs in OF form.

Not legal advise:
I suppose you were violating your visa. This does not necessarily mean you are ineligible (as much as I know).
If this work was not reported, not even to IRS then you have very little to worry about.

Practically, FBI is not going to check where you worked unless they have very good reason. Consulate will not come to know of this work unless you tell them or told INS in the past.
