This is to confirm that Mr. ABC is currently employed by XYZ company as "job title" with annual salay of $xx,xxx.xx (> LC and same job title). As s/w programmer, Mr. ABC is responsible for the duties outlined in the I-140 Immigrant visa petition. We intend to continue his employment on an indefinite basis upon Mr. ABC gaining his US lawful permanent residence.

my letter pretty much said the same except it said "will employ abc on an indefinite and permanent basis".your letter should do just fine .make sure you carry your most recent pay stubs and a bank statement.

My letter is more or less on the same line. The only difference is my currentl designation and the desination in the labor does not match. Is it a +problem???
