P3 Packet Content - Abu Lafya etc. please help

1. What are the forms that come in the P3?
2. Are they available on the internet as either downloadable or fillable?
3. Once P3 is completed who gets the P3 packet? Is it the consulate or NVC?
4. For people with EB1 (self-petitioned) with no job offer, do they still need to fill affidavits of support for their spouse who will get GC based on dependant status?

may also get DS3032
2. look in immihelp downloadable forms and at INS website
3. Old procudure -> consulate, new -> NVC you need to follow the instructions you will get.
4. For secondary applicant(s), some consulates require I134 for EB.

Just curious, what are the requirements to qualify for EB1?

Requirements for EB1

My spouse applied for EB1 Extraordinary ability.
Requirements include (at least meet 3)

a) Memberships in Professional Orgainizations (invited memberships only and not fee based)
b) Original Research work
c) Publishing Papers in prestigious journals with global circulation.
d) High Salary
e) Being a judge/reviewer for other people work
f) Outstanding work at some prestigious institutes - work that makes a difference
