Do I need to withdraw 485?

I just finished my CP process successfully. My question is I submitted 485 before, I also submitted 824 to change to CP. Since I824 is very slow. Do I need to write letter to inform INS that I already finished my process?

When you apply for 824, INS will assume that you have abandoned 485. No need to inform INS. But what do you mean by finished the process? your CP is through?

Yes. My CP is through.

The problem since the 826 processing is very slow. My case in INS is still pending. What happened if they process my 485 before my 824?

In general, you should withdraw but since INS will most likely misplace your withdrawl request anyway, no real need to worry too much about it.
If you get RFE then let them know of your PR status.
