I have a self-petitioned approved I-140 in the EB-1 category. Are there any special requirements for the employment letter, considering they did not sponsor my petition. It is highly unlikely that my HR department will write a letter mentioning my I-140 petition when they had nothing to do with it. Is it a legal requirement to add a line like "alien will be employed in the capacity outlined in the I-140 petition. Thanks.
