    CP & F1

    I converted to H1B visa after being in F1 for 1 year and before completing my studies. I completed my studies later while on H1B. Would it be considered as dual intent? Is there any chance of CP being rejected due to this?

    Not legal advise:
    Don't think you are in any trouble because one year is much more than the 30/60 days rule.
