  • Labor application and DS03

As my labor process was going on I had switched employer and came back to my old employer after three months. I do not have the employer for whom I went on to work for three months mentioned in my labor application. Should I mention this the visa application form - DS203 ? Does the consular officer have all the documents for labor and I-140 petition as well ?

    They have your file.
If you are now with your sponsor which sponsored you from the start, you don't need to worry of mentioning you worked for some other company.
LC,I140 is for future position, which is with your sponsor.

      But

But I am not with the employer from the start. As I mentioned, in between, I changed the employer for three months. So should I mention this in the list of employers worked for in the visa application form ?

        Re: But

I don't exactly understand what is your timeline.

If you are now working for your sponsor, which sponsored your LC,I140 you are OK. If, in between somewhere, in parallel, or possibly before LC you legally worked for another company, that is not a problem and is perfectly fine.
