  • Medical reports while in USA

For IV medical process, Is it useful/advisable to get some of the vaccinations here in USA and carry certificate from Doctor to show at the hospital in INDIA ?

Do they accept certificate from any doctor or it has to be INS approved doctor ?

    Yes

It is a very good idea. Any doctor is OK. That's the experience in Mexico though.

      Re: Yes

It is best to get everything done in India because even if you take vaccinations in US, they(doctors in India) will come up with some or other confusing aspect of it and you may need to take some vaccines again.

        Re: Yes

My experience showed my consulate's doctor accepted US vaccines. I brought the yellow vaccination record (I am not indian). best approach is to call the doctor's office and ask. It may save you money.
