Is IV good for any of POE?

At this time, it seems all POEs are similar in terms of wait for plastic. You can also use SFO or LAX if it makes sense to you, their all handled by TSC.

you mentioned that SFC and LAX are handled by TSC, my case was filed with NSC, does it matter?

It does not matter (it is actually better for you).

Note that there were few recent posts which suggest CSC for SFO/LAX. A month ago there were posts saying TSC. Anyway, both are pretty diligent these days.
