Hi: Is it possible for my visa papers to be delivered by bluedart to a Bangalore address instead of a local Chennai address? If yes, then where should I mention this?

Yes, you can give Bangalore address but make sure that you will reach Bangalore before delivery of the courier. Normally, delivery is next day after 10 am. Good Luck. By the by we are also from Bangalore. -

I am sorry i forgot to reply to your second question ie where to mention?
Now you need not mention your address any where, only when you go for interview consulate will give you a form of bluedart there you have to write. Hope this is clear.Comment
