Question about Packet 4

Hi,
I have my interview on Jan 30, 2002.
I am planning to leave for India around Jan 11.
So, I may not be able to get my Packet 4.

The Packet 4 at the Consulate Website has just 2 forms
The OF 230 and the Medical Exam form.

Is that all that we get when the Packet is mailed to us? (other than the Appointment letter?)

People talk about arranging documents in the same order as mentioned in Packet 4. I did not find any listing in the packet I downloaded (except in Form 169 which I had filled earlier).

Could some one please advise.

There is appointment letter and instructions.
(I don't belong to your consulate) If you can get those too, that's all you need.
About order, my consulate requested a specific order which was then ignored at the interview.

Question about Packet 4

The forms available in the web is different from P4 forms. They will have additional information like height, weight etc. so you have to fill-up the forms sent by the chennai consulate. Other than OF 230 & medical we have Form 9003. For the order of documents, please see my posting "Successful CP in Chennai".
