CP experience with Moscow Consulate?

Please share your experience about Moscow Consulate re the CP. How long it takes them to process papers, and whether they are nice or rough at the interview.

Info from the Consulate

Just called their info line.
They said that the Consulate was still closed in the wake of 09/11. At the present time, the interviews are being scheduled for the end of Feb. 2002.
