485 when 140 is approved for CP.

Hello all,

Can you apply for 485 when the 140 is approved for CP.
If yes, then when NVC sends the packet III can we go ahead and apply for CP also ??

Mine is almost a similar case. I140 approved for CP but application submitted for AOS. Meantime file has reached Bombay for CP.
What are doing your case? May help me too!
