NVC case #received!

Please Help:


I got the case # from NVC, they told me I need to wait about 4-6weeks to receive to packet 3. But my company will closing soon. I really want to catch up the time to get the interview.

The question:
1. Can I download the Packet 3 from the website and then I can mail to the Consular?

NVC case #received!

You need to contact the consulate. You can get your packet hand delivered (to save time) as soon as they confirm that your case has reached there. Otherwise, there is a possibilty that they may just trash your packet 3. NVC forwards a petition at the same time it mails the packet 3. And you need to give 2-3 weeks time to reach the file to the consulate and enter into their system.
