I have my 140 ESB approved and seeking for CP. The company has been reorganized but even if my duties/responsibilities are the same, my title has changed. Is it an issue to have this new title in the letter of employment? My title in the petition is V.P. Marketing and the new title is Director Marketing
Furthermore, where can I have a sample for a letter of Successor in Interest
