Hi,
Late 2001, my labor was filed with Company B. Now my priority date is current and going for CP interview.
Based on H1B 6 year limit reached during 2003, me and my family moved back home and left company A on H1B and working for a domestic company C abroad.
Now, company B sends a job offer letter for CP. Can somebody explain what relation job offer letter has on job title which now employer is willing to enhance and different than ETA 750 Part A.
Any tips relevant to CP would be also appreciated.
