hi all,
i am going to montreal for my first h1-b visa stamping next week. i have a question about the way my name appears in different documents.
In my passport and visas(US F-1) my middle name appears as part of my last name,
like "ali khan", and my first name as "blahblah". But in the rest of the documents, my first name is ""blahblah" my middle name "ali" and my last name is "khan".
shall i indicate this on my ds-157 where is says other surnames used and other middle and first names used. or will i have to take a note from an attorney or something that indicates that both are my names. or is this not a big issue and shall i just ignore this.
