I have the following questions.

1. OF230 PartII,For my wife, #27. Asks for name and address of the sponsoring person or Employer. Should the sponser be me or my employer. (Note: She is on H-4)

2. I134 for my Wife, #1. Asks for A#. I do not have A# so what do i do.

It should be you who sponsors her and not your employer.

If you don't have A# then just leave it blank.
