Can we come back to US on different date?

I am going to Mumbai for CP on 12th Dec. I am planning to come back in Dec end. Can my wife and son come back to US in Jan. 2001 end?

Do we need any specific approval for them?

This is very urgent, as we have to get our tickets booked.

I think if you are the primary applicant, your wife cannot enter alone later.

I believe, dependents can come later Or with primary applicant but not certainly before primary applicant.

So if you are primary applicant, They can come in January.

Sure

i believe for sure they can come later than you (if you are primary applicant). You don't need any special papers for that. Just they have to carry their approval docs with them.

I got my approval on the 20th at Mumbai and returned on the 29th of October.

On form 230 part I in the section where it says who will join you later just mention their names and they will be fine.

My wife entered just yesterday.

How about if the scenario is this..

If OF 230 Part I I have mentioned that my wife will travel with me. However things have changed since then and my wife would be travelling later. Any comments and views on this from those who have done CP. Is the document for travel given as one for both me and my wife or is it separate.. Expereienced CPers provide your inputs.
