Is NVC to Mumbai file transfer eletronic/same day?

Hi all,

Does the NVC to Mumbai file transfer occur electronically, and the same day?

I spoke to an operator who said the my Packet 3 was sent to my lawyer on 8th Nov (lawyer still hasnt received it yet). I am wondering if I can just go ahead and send the Packet 3 (downloaded from immihelp.com)?

UNfortunately, Mumbai email is not working, else I would have asked the consulate directly whether they have received my file.

Any pointers will be appreciated. Thanks,

I called the consulate last night, and they indeed have my file with them. I am sending Packet 3 with my brother tomorrow, who is going to hand-deliver on monday.
