Consular choice fro AC140

Thanks guys fro info on my last question. I think I have to apply for 824. In 824 if I choose New Delhi, is it possible to do AC 140 in Mumbai. I think that is the only consulate accepting AC 140.

Consular choice fro AC140

Since AOS is faster now, I think it would be wise for you to do 485 rather than CP (in addition you have to do 824). I have know friends who have done 485 and got approval in 3 to 4 months in CSC (their PD is like mid 1999)

I sent my AC 140 to New Delhi in the first week of Sep and filed I-824 to forward the case to Chennai. Delhi accepted my case and the last week INS accepted 824 also.
