    CP after EAD and AP were used

    I have both AOS and CP applied. For the AOS, I got EAD and AP, I further used them already. For the CP, I am waiting for the interview and Packet IV, I believe the interview will be in two month. My question is whether I can still get green card through CP, even through I am not the non-immigrant status now.
    Any comment will be appreciate!
