change in title?

Hi:
I have my 140 EB1 approved and seeking for CP. The company has been reorganized but even if my duties/responsabilities are the same, my title has changed. Is it an issue to have this new title in the letter of employment?

On the 140 EB1( international exec/manager) I
was VP Marketing - - and the new title Director marketing same
duties, responsabilties etc... reporting to a VP&General
manager.
Does it create a problem or not?
