OF 230 Part I For CP Interview @ Mumbai

Dear ImmiHelp/Users:

I had subbmitted my packet III in September and have an interview in about a week, I am leaving for India in a couple of days, Question is when I filled my packet III with the consulate I did not have a child, now I do (as my wife delivered in October), do I need to include my child’s name in the OF 230, which was filled earlier, or do I take the old OF 230 and submit to the consulate.
Your suggestions would be extremely valuable.

Where was your kid born?

If your kid was born here in the US, then it is already an American citizen. So the issue of IV for it does not arise. If it was born in India, then yes, you should be adding its name to the paper-work.
