Immihelp,

My company office moved from city A to city
B within the same state. The distance between the previous office
and the new office is 22.5 miles. My I-140 is approved with the
previous address.

Questions:

1. Is this under
the allowed commuting distance?
2. Do I need to file an amended
I-140?
