  • Changing employer

My present company has got me an approved I-140 in EB3,priority date nov99. however I am changing to a new company( due to frequent benching and lack of projects). But I will come back to my present company in 6 months when the priority date for the Eb3 becomes current( as per new law estimates). I want to know if this is ok for since i have consular processing in Mumbai,India. will they ask me in interview in Bombay( or know ) that i changed employers in betn? do they ask for paystubs.for 2000, my payroll tax will say present company.
I am told, it is perfectly legal to change companies as long as previous company continues greencard and you are once again an employee of that companyAS LONG U R AN EMPLOYEE AT THE TIME OF GETTING THE GREENCARD. Does this mean my previous company once again has to start payroll before I go to India for interview. Any advice/insight/legal opinion/ similar experience will be appreciated.
Also I wanted to know what people mean by saying they need 3 year tax return and vaccinations. Does one need a certificate of these vaccinations, can a Indian doctor give it or it has to be a US doctor.I thought only 1 year tax return is ok??
