Question for IMMIHELP & recent CP approvals

All,

Is it true that the 'A' number on the passport (ADIT stamp at the airport) is different from the one that was assigned after filing for I140?

My 'A' number in the passport start with a '4' and the one assigned to me by INS for I140 starts with '7'.

When you do CP, you get different A number.

Don't worry about it. Just use A numbe which you got from CP.
