I have a wife and child from India and a child born in
US. I am doing CP. Mumbai wanted me to get 2 copies of
my employment letter after notarization. According to
instructions on filling I-134 I need to submit a I-134
for every dependent and also provide an employment
letter and a letter from the bank showing deposits and
balance.

Will I have to submit an employment letter and a
statement from the bank for every dependent. How many
of these have to be in original. Can I take 2 original
employement letters and one letter from the bank and
attach copies of these to the I-134.

Bank statements(that we receive regularly) is fine, please clarify...

You can get letter from bank which says you have accounts with them and total deposits in the a/cs on
that day of issue. I think this kind of letter is used by others for getting the visa from other embassies too. But to be safer one can carry regular statements too, which have all the transaction details etc.
