I recv'd packet 3 from NVC. I had not opted for CP in my I-140 nor had I filed I-824. I need few clarifications.
1) If I want to do AOS what needs to be done.
2) Will my files be transferred to Indian consulate.
3) My priority date is 12th Jan'00 (still not current), Can I send my packet 3 to the consulate now itself if I decide to do CP, or should I wait till my priority date becomes current.
4) In my I-140(old form) the consulate name mentioned is different from my jurisdiction, will this cause any problem.
5) Do I need to amend my I-140 approval with the correct consulate, if I want to go ahead with the CP.
