Hi all,
We donot have birth certificate and we checked with local municipal office they don't find any record. We got "non availability certificate". There is no printed form or stationary so we got it on paper with stamps of "dept of birth and death registers" of that local municipal office.
Alongwith this I plan to submit affidavit from parents and Xth cert. copy.
Is this OK? Is it very strict to have the non avail cert on printed stationary? We tried to do late registeration of birth but its hassel and difficult. Could anybody gone through similar situation reply please.
