December Interview - Pkt 4 not received what to do

Hi guys,
I have interview on Dec. 11th in Mumbai. I was told that the letter and pkt 4 has been sent to me on Nov. 3rd. However, I have not received the letter(pkt 4) yet.

What should I do? Should I download the pkt 4 from immihelp and fill the forms? Also, how do I get the copy of appointment letter? Please advise. Thank you.

Go a day earlier and pick up the P4 from the consulate. Or send an authorization fax to someone in India who can pick up the P4 for you.

Xkuger is right. The forms can be filled in by hand. So, in the worst case scenario, you can pick the forms up yourself any day between 8 and 10:30 am (I think it officially says 11:00 am) and fill them up by hand. BTW, we're scheduled for the same day so email me at [email protected]
