Packet 3 hand delivered in chennai today !!

Hi all
Packet 3 was hand delivered today in the chennai consulate and they have taken local chennai address from my folks for further communication .. what does it mean ?
As for the interview, they said we have to contact them by dec 15th and it will be around 3rd week of JAN 2001.
my H1 visa ends on Jan 15th so i'm planning to leave the country before that.

Is yours AC I-140 Case or regular CP case ?

we had not requested our case to be taken up as CP but while I 140 got approved, they sent it directly to chennai !
that's it...
