Birth Certificate From India

Finally after 3 months I received my birth certficate from India. But the place of birth on the birth certificate is the name of the hospital, instead of the city name, though the certificate is issued by the same city as the place of my birth on my passport and clearly states the city name throughout the certificate except on the place of birth column. Would this cause any problem??

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Being here , How is it possible to apply for the birth certificate in India.

I just have only a school leaving certificate which has my birth date.

CAn U pls tell how to apply?
