P4- Full documents will not be Mailed - Chennai

This is to all posters who are waiting for entire set of P4 documents. Note, 3 people in my company have called the Chennai consulate ( All Nov interviews). All have the Interview letters but no P4 documents.

All have recieved the same response from the Consulate.
"You have to pick up the P4 in person" also the interview letter is post marked from DC.

It seems apparent that they are saving on Postage so everyone going to Chennai for CP make arrangments to pick up the P4 document list in person.

How we will be able to get the I-134 notarized in US, if the form is not included with the Packet IV or you think I should get the required forms (including medical) from local INS and get ready before leaving US. I am leaving to India within 11 days and still waiting for the Packet IV.

In our office, thr attorney is providing copies of I134 to be notarized. Check with your attorney if he can get you a copy.

I am sure it will be available at the INS web site or calling INS Forms at (800)870-3676. I haven't tried as I don't need one ( I am single).
