Q for IMMIHEL on erroneous pd on pack 3 and I 140

IMMIHELP / GURUS,

PD: Sep 2, 1999 (EB2) India.

I 140 approved with Feb 11, 2000 as PD instead of sep 2, 1999

Pack 3 cover letter says Sep 2, 2000 (instead of 1999).

NVC transferred case to consulate and I am planning to deliver pack 3.

Should I get intouch with INS and NVC for rectifying the dates?

No need to get it correct with INS/NVC. They have forwarded case to consulate. So you should be getting packet 4 after submitting packet 3.
