question on form OF 230 Part II

Hi all,

On the form OF 230 part II , for item 27 it asks about the sponsoring person or employer. In case of my spouse who will that be . Is it my company or me or Not Applicable ???

My attorney put my company name as sponsor and I asked
him about that. He says if we are going together for
visa interview then the company is sponsoring for both of us. In case of following to join it could be different.

Answer for fixednow, you don't have to fill those forms.

Answer for takeitz, 'Not Applicable' is more appropriate, but even company name will do. They really care about it.

Actually for the primary applicant it should be the company name

and for the dependent (secondary) applicant is concerned, the name
of the primary person should be listed as the sponsor since the
primary person is the one sponsorig the dependent and filling
the affidavit of support and not the company.

This is specified on our OF 230 Part II..

I don't know if the information matters in case of the dependent.
