I have recieved a letter from the chennai consulate confirming my date of Interview as NOV 30th, My name, Dependents name and the case Number. Apart from these a para indicating the information related to the medicals has been manually crossed off.
A similar kind of letter was recieved by my attorney also.
Can anybody tell me if they are dispatching the packet 4 forms OR we need to collect them from the consulate.
Also,
When we go to lister, is it sufficient if I show this letter or is there any other medical form which needs to be filled and shown?
