Is my Packet III incomplete !!!!!

Hi

I just recieved the so called Packet III from my Attorney, I just see only OF-230 & no other forms like I-134,OF 169 or any such thing.

Is it necessary to send those now, ie., when I am sending my packet 3 to the consulate or what ??

Or I can take these at the time of Interview.

Can anybody guide me,

According to what I've read (though I'm about to send )

0. Cover letter is strictly not required, but does not hurt to
send one anyway.

1. Only one copy of the OF169 (only for the main applicant) should
be sent.

2. Two OF230 part 1 forms(biographic info), one for each applicant,
needs to be sent.

3. No other forms need to be sent (Employment letter is not required.)

Now please find a page siyign INSTRUCTIONS FOR IMMIGRANT VISA APALICANTS " in that packet and that is the form 169 ( u can see this at the bottom of that page ) i think u jsut over looked it !

I agree with balas, you need not to be condescending; if it bothers you so much just don't come on this board Mr. Backroady. People have a lot of insecurities when they first start this whole process and there are ways to point them in the right direction that are amicable.
