I understand filling I-134 is needed for dependents ( 1 each for each dependent)

In I-134 item 9 and 10 should we enter "NONE" ?

Also in item 3 second part do we fill the names of spouse and children in each dependents I-134 or write "NONE"

If you have called your parents to visit you, you would have filled this form for them. In that case, write the details. Else write "NONE".

In item 3 part 2, for your spouse, write names of all your children (non-US citizen ones).

For your non-US citizen children, write NONE in that part.

I'm in EB2, which form should I prepare for my wife?
I-134 or I-864 or none? Please help.

Could you please clarify how many I-134 I need. I am working myself. My spouse and our 12 year daughter are dependent on me. We are in EB category. Do I need to prepare two separate I-134 for each of them or just one sufficient. Also in item 3 in the first part it says 'that this affidavit...... Should I put the name of my spouse correct? In the second part (item 3) name of spouse, should I put my name there?

yc, you need I-134 only.

ssinglas, you said "I am working myself"? Are you self-employed? In that what is your legal status? Who has filed green card for you?

I wanted to say that only myself is doing job. I am on H-1b and my family is on H-4. My current employer has filed my GC.

One affidavit for each dependant. So for you, one for your wife and one for your daughter.

In question 3, no need to add your name as your spouse's spouse.

Immihelp: I-134 question

Hi

I just recieved the so called Packet III from my Attorney, I just see only OF-230 & no other forms like I-134 or any such thing.

Is it necessary to send those now, ie., when I am sending my packet 3 to the consulate or what ??

Or I can take these at the time of Interview.

Can anybody guide me,

What is your I140 approval date?
My is sep 26,00. Uptoday I didn't receive my paket III.
