i-485 denied,can i apply i-130

I applied for adjustment of status after i entered US by fiance visa then got married with my fiance .my applicaion (i-485 )was denied bcs of a funny reseon after interview ;"incomplete vaccination "and we did motion to reopen next which denied today.now i would like to know is consular processing filing(i-130)appropriate for me or i-485 again?how long does it take?can i stay in US during process?
